"Felt like they were dodging product questions"
I reached out to Outback Toys with a couple questions about a product, the staff didn’t seem to know much about it. The answers I got were vague, almost like they were guessing or trying to brush me off. By the end, I felt like I knew just as little as when I started, which made me a bit suspicious about whether they really understood what they were selling. Frustrating experience.

"Way overpriced for such a basic little thing"
I expected a lot more for the price. It feels underwhelming, like something that’s trying way too hard to seem premium but just isn’t. Not worth the money at all.

The box showed up looking beat up, which was disappointing. I feel like the goalposts keep moving with what counts as acceptable packaging these days. The tractor itself was okay, and my kid still liked it well enough, but I definitely expected it to arrive in better shape

Ordered a toy that said it was in stock. Then got an email later saying it wasn’t. Annoying. Had to wait for the refund and buy it somewhere else. Site is fine, but they need to update stock better.

"A Little Wait, But Everything Showed Up Just Right"
I ordered a toy model from outbacktoys.com and was kind of watching the tracking more than I’d like to admit. It did take a little longer to arrive than I was hoping, so I was starting to wonder if there might be a mix-up. But when the box finally showed up, everything was just as it should be. The model was the exact one I ordered, nothing was missing, and it was packed well enough that it arrived in good shape. So aside from the slightly longer wait, I really didn’t have any issues. I’d be comfortable ordering from them again.

"Cool toys, but the sizing feels off"
The toys are nice overall, but the scale on some of the models just doesn’t seem right. I also felt like there were too many steps involved to get everything set up, which got a little frustrating. Not a bad purchase, but it wasn’t quite what I expected.

I needed a small replacement part and they did help me out, which I appreciated. The replies were a bit slow (not a huge deal, just a little frustrating), but everything got sorted in the end. Overall, it was okay, just not the quickest experience.

"Rough Shipping and Empty Promises"
My order from Outback Toys showed up in a beat-up box, and the toy inside was barely protected at all. It was just kind of loose in there with hardly any padding, like nobody really took the time to pack it properly. They make it sound like your order will be handled with care, but that feels like one of those vague promises that doesn’t actually mean much. For what I paid in shipping, I definitely expected better. Disappointed.

"I’ve ordered from Outback Toys a handful..."
I’ve ordered from Outback Toys a handful of times now, mostly when I’m hunting for farm toys for my nephew or grabbing random stuff before his birthday. The rewards program is actually decent. The points don’t build up quite as fast as I thought they would, but I did get a few dollars off my last order, which was nice. The website is simple to get around too, even when I was half-looking through it with coffee in one hand. Overall, good experience and I’d give it 4 stars

"Didn't feel right for little kids"
I bought this thinking it was more of a regular kids' toy, but once it arrived I just had a bad feeling about it for younger kids. There were some really tiny pieces, and overall it felt more like something for older kids or collectors. The age info wasn’t clear enough, at least to me, and I kind of wish I’d known that before buying.

"Took forever to get here"
I ordered from outbacktoys.com thinking it’d be one of those normal “ships in a few days” situations, but nope. It kind of just sat there, and the tracking didn’t really tell me much. i kept checking it, then forgetting about it, then remembering again like, wait, didn’t I order that already? By the time it finally showed up, I didn’t even need it anymore. Customer service did eventually reply, but that was slow too. Maybe it works out better for other people, but for me the wait just wasn’t worth it.

I tried placing my order, but the checkout page kept lagging on me. The shipping cost didn’t show up until late in the process too, which was annoying. I did get the order through in the end, but it just felt… not as smooth as it should’ve been.

"Preorder dragged on way too long"
I preordered something from outbacktoys.com thinking it would ship around the date they had listed, or at least close to it. But the date kept getting pushed back, and I didn’t really get much of an update unless I reached out myself, which just got old after a while.
After waiting for months, I finally canceled it because I was tired of constantly checking and wondering what was going on. Maybe other people have had smoother preorders with them, but for me it was just frustrating, and I don’t think I’d do another preorder there because, I mean, if it keeps getting delayed like that...

"Good Products, But the Support Felt a Bit Off"
I do like the selection on Outback Toys, and I was happy with the items I found. The customer service just wasn’t great in my case. I messaged them about my order and didn’t hear back for a few days, which got frustrating. When they finally replied, the response was really short and didn’t answer everything I asked. Reading between the lines, maybe they were just swamped, but it still made the whole process feel more difficult than it needed to be.

"Kinda disappointing store visit"
I stopped in the other day and left a little annoyed. The toy selection was actually good, but the shelves were kind of a mess and I had to wait awhile before anyone helped me. Checkout felt slow too, which just added to it. It wasnt the worst trip or anything, I just expected a bit better from this store.

"Return was more trouble than it needed to be"
I tried to return an item the whole refund process was a pain. The emails took forever, the instructions were not very clear, and I kept having to check back just to figure out what was happening. By the time I finally got my money back, I was already over it. I will not be ordering from them again.
